  I have a loan with you people....and I was contacted last week on Monday October 17th letting me know I was being offered an increase....so I went in on October 19th and applied for an increase. Something went wrong with the computer system while I was in there....and there was an error when they were processing my loan....so my loan had to be escalated....I have been waiting for a week now...and there is no status on my loan....called today to be told they will escalate it again. I was also told on October 19th after I called them back to see if they had the error fixed....I was informed it could take 24-48 business hours....Never heard of that before...it's usually 1-3 business days...and it's been well over that....the only reason I applied for an increase is it would help with getting my grandchildren home from newfoundland...don't know how much longer this needs to take....not a happy customer at all.
