  From my experience, It's actually a fine bank. The customer service is always top notch. Their staff is very friendly and helpful. They offer Air Miles on certain bank accounts and credit cards and their bank machines are up to date and envelope free so there is no placing a hold on your cash deposits.

  Tried to call branch numerous times, however it appears that nobody is answering phone calls at the branch. Voicemail indicating that they will attempt to return phone calls by end of business day.

  Would like to call branch manager to complain, however BMO does not publish names of managers for their respective branches on their website.

  Called customer service call centre where attendant transferred call to branch manager's extension. Branch manager's voicemail indicated that he is out of the office until August 21 (today), but yet to be updated to indicate whether manager is in today.

  Trying to simply add a name to an existing bank account. You would think this would be as simple as visiting the customer service desk, however had to book an appointment for 3 hours later to add name.
